Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted as a pre-order. As we're based in Hawaiʻi, standard shipping within the U.S. may take approximately 5 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their order sooner.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged by the destination country upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your Maris Pearl order or shipping fee. We are required to declare the full value of all shipments and cannot mark purchases as gifts or alter their declared value.

Returns
If your piece isn't quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment.
For health and hygiene reasons, Pearl Powder cannot be returned once opened. Unopened Pearl Powder in its original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If there is an issue with your Pearl Powder, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
