Shipping & Returns
Order processing and shipping time
We make our pieces to order out of our seaside studio in Hawai‘i, so please expect your pearls to be ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Completed orders are shipped out on Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that Hawai‘i is the world's most geographically isolated landmass, and sometimes our island post takes time, especially during hurricane season. Once your package leaves our studio and is within the mailing system, there is truly nothing we can do to speed your shipping along, so if in doubt, please select one of our priority shipping options at checkout.
If you need something by a certain date, please contact us directly before you place your order so that we can ensure that your pearls will make their way to you in time!
Order tracking and updates
All of our orders ship with tracking information that is updated automatically as soon as your packages leave our studio. If you have difficulty finding your tracking information, or if you haven't received your order delivery confirmation email, please check your spam mail first, and then email us at email@example.com with your order number so that we can help you track this information down.
We are delighted to ship to our international community of muses. Simply enter your address upon checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any import, customs or tax fees your order may incur upon arrival.
Due to their intimate nature, all of our pierced earrings are final sale. Bracelets, rings and necklaces may be returned within 30 days upon receipt, in new, unworn condition. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so that we can generate a prepaid return label for you.
Our net pendant collection is made by hand to order by our master jeweller here in Hawai‘i. Due to the time, effort, and materials that go into weaving each piece, all nets are final sale.
We have been a trusted supplier of pearl jewellery since 2018 and want your experience with us to be a wonderful one. If the reason for your return is due to a defect of any sort, please email us immediately with a photo and detailed explanation of the issue that you are experiencing so that we can ensure that your experience with our studio is as magical as we intend for it to be.
